Mari Menabung Seposen Sehari Mulai Hari Ini

I was browsing Amazon.co.uk when I found a link to a pre-order item. Just as you thought that Hobbit 1 is long enough, Peter Jackson is releasing an extended version of  The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey . Never missed a trick that guy eh? While there will be only 13 extra minutes added to the film, so I read, there will be plenty of bonus features available as well. Assuming the published information is correct, all the bonus features will be spread across five, I repeat, FIVE discs!!! Even by LOTR standard, I'd say, that will took like a life time "plus" to enjoy. I added "plus" there to indicate an even more challenging journey compare to the extended edition of LOTR. Come this November, me then just turned 35, see if we could set a new record. Watching everything, from commentaries to deleted scenes without lagging... First thing first. We ought to get one first, oughtn't we?

Today's Activity... Seriously.

Received this from Zalora. Rather vulgar, in my opinion, but nice fitting. Not too tight on the chests and shoulders, that is what I'm saying... Hahaha... As if. Non-dairy Soya? Pffftttt... Ever wonder what it tastes like? Hurmmm... In one gulp, it tastes almost like the regular Dutch Lady's Strawberry Milk but you couldn't helped noticing something funny about it. Surely this is not milk. The strawberry flavour definitely masking the soya, though not entirely. Once your taste bud familiar with the milk, especially the last few drops, you will noticed the rough texture of soya is still there. Hear my plea: I'm not One Direction fan, but Pink I can handle any time. This deluxe CD/DVD edition comes in glossy book case, not to mention bought in half price. Nothing to complain there. Will absolutely play it during my workouts. This is a must buy for the fan! So before it's gone from the rack (as not to miss a thing), grab one and pay it even in full price... :'( You...

The Looks

I kinda like this haircut. It sort of cheats my actuall age. really. Get enough sleep and rest, put some act, and voila some stranger will call you adik. My latest moment was at the Kaison while looking for a gift. Fancy that! Splash some water unto your hair, restyle with your fingers and there you go: Gone the Adik and welcome the Abang. Wakakaka... Guess, what era this hairstyle from? The anime-manga look... Well, almost... Hihihihi... I think it could look better if the hair is in medium length. Because of the work I can't dyed my hair. So this is just a bit of fun. If you hadn't noticed, there's a tale-tell of stress in my face especially with that fake smile. Too much coffee, too little sleep syndrome. Finished with my MOD assignment, I'll be off for a few days. Will be back this Friday. Hopefully dah gaji before Friday... Tons of DVDs to watch. Kalau ada masa keluar beraya dan tengok wayang. Ciao for now. XOXO.

Have a heart!

Owww snap! My two cents: Your loved ones would not always understand your love for them... So, peace, XOXO.

Addicted to Batman!

Admiring the hologram featured as cover in the gift set of The Dark Knight Trilogy I bought months ago... Must have seen twice or more each since then... Well not true for Batman Begins, anyway. Hehehe... I'm so used to the old Batman movies, comic-like style, Tim Burton in particular, I found Batman Begins rather boring. Too real, too complex, too human. Based on Batman Begins alone I decided not to watch the other two sequels. Which, I much regretted now. My interest grow back after seeing the Trilogy repackaged into a Gift Set with gorgeous cover plus many extras with affordable price *konok*. After viewing The Dark Knight, I was totally sold! Man, this is epic! Superb! If the movie made to the fourth one, I pray, please Christopher Nolan, get Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Robin and retained all the original casts. (*_*)V

Bye Bye Jati Tom Yam

Salty Singapore Fried Rice with Very Oily Rose Beef Liked what we had the day before, we dined again at Jati Tom Yam. I ordered something similar but when the food arrived, we got a slightly different version of the food. Can't blame anyone really. Perhaps we had a different cook to prepare our food. Noted on the lost, let's go somewhere else... Hehehe... ;-)

Try Foot Massage as Therapy

Could I spent the whole morning watching waves after waves? Staring lazily at blue skies? Daydreaming of the right person? NO. Not working, okay. I know. Bad joke. Lot 4, Palm Beach Shop Lot, Kinarut. After work, we visited a spa next door. Recently open to public. I desperately need a massage. So for a start why not try their foot massage? The price was RM 38 for an hour. Free herbal drinks after the massage. But I had one while waiting my turn... *iklan* Interested? Dial 012-8102769 to arrange an appointment. Open everyday from 11:00 am till 9:00 pm. *iklan* Skinny foot This was my first visit. I bet more soon to come. My next therapy was FOOD. Nasi Daging Merah @ Daging Dimasak Ros. RM 6.50nett Had a stop at Jati Tom Yam, Kampung Beringgis, Papar (who happen to open only after 6:00 pm) and ordered the above menu. The taste was very authentic pretty much the same one I had in Kedah. Although the size was rather small compare to what I used to had especially during my post-graduate ye...

Food As Therapy

Yesterday was the first time I set a foot at Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu. Had buffet dinner there and exchanged gossips over Salad Prawn. I look sleepy already... Rizan who was on duty, gave us a warm welcome, along with Christina who claimed she still remembers me during her checked in at Walai. I absolutely have no memories of Christina but she definitely noticed the changes of my body: Once smaller now wider... LOL! Pretty as usual... Twenty two kilometers away from hype, last night Walai hosting a countdown beach party for Stacy Angie Anam at Garden Sea Front. Standing in front of buffet lines, food seemed like a perfect escape and comfort from that and especially all the stress after organising: Annual Staff Dinner. Although the dinner went pretty well, most of us feel rather frustrated for not winning the most sought voucher for that night (see picture below). For myself, I got a voucher of RM 50 from Desa Integrated. *Jom makan ayam!* The winner offer us RM 100 for the voucher! Da...

The Most Humble Syawal

Nothing much was served that morning. Pretty humble. Just enough for the three of us. Mama, Bapak & Me. Just for the record, this is the first time raya without my brothers since 2006. If they were around, they would probably dragged my parents balik kampung at Beaufort. I would always be less enthusiastic about balik kampung. Unlike me they were probably younger and less likely to be asked, "bila maw kawin, wang?" I work on Raya Pertama... and still continue until the end of the second week of Syawal. I did plan taking few days off to week after that, but then worrying about saving it for some other times... Well who knows? I might need it for some vacations like, in the land of far, far away? For those who were wondering how it was working on raya, the following quote taken from BH here, helped me sum it up:

Tak Seberapa Ini Jelah Ucapan Sayer

Updates: Next video was recorded this morning when its still dark... Working on 1st Syawal, Jo!

Can you keep a secret?

This is supposed to be a private event. So dear readers (a few I have) please do not share this to anyone. I was out all afternoon, partly preparing for the annual dinner, partly shopping for raya. So I missed out most of what happen back in the hotel. Until I saw a friend status updates on news feed did I realised who's visiting Walai. It's a consolation that she will be back on 17th. Which is the reason why our Annual Dinner moved forward, a day, in the first place.  This is BIG, man! There will be a Birthday Party in the Beach. First time EVER! Lots of lights. Lots of balloon. Lots of bikinis too of course... Just don't gatecrash Walai, dear fan! p/s Tony Eusoff once drop by to look around. Azharina Azhar stayed for a night. But, no photo opportunity so far. This is all happening in 2013! p/s/s The chosen theme was Black & Pink... Wicked eh!

クズリ

Slightly put off with today's event. Fortunately, the evening wasn't that bad. Just picked something out of the schedule, then went straight ahead to Hall 9, Growball Cinemax. Seriously, I have no idea that Wolverine had featured all-Japanese actors (which partly why I liked it). Though while watching it, I found it a bit too much. All the sudden Yukio, Mariko, Shingen... Nagasaki bombing scene was particularly cool but no one care to explain why in the name of God Wolverine doing in Nagasaki. Or simply for the sake of another Wolverine movie? I bet! Enlightened me, if I had it wrong!

Just do it!

All items are sold separately. Hairdryer are not included. Just bought myself a curl bar. Few weeks ago I took home four plates, weighing 5 kg each. Next I'll be aiming a BENCH. So I could do proper chest exercise such as BENCH PRESS. Now instead of daydreaming having Mike Cheng colossal chest I can build myself and adore it later... Wakakaka... Cat killed by curiousity. I ruined my S3 screen protector due to my stupidity. So today I went out to get a new one. While the Lengchai meticulously sticking the new protector to my handphone I noticed the following quote on some powerbank... Dalam hati ada taman (*o*)V Nice eh? So nice, that I was considering it as a replacement to my current motto: "Single by choice. Travel by special interest." Too obvious for someone who wants to remain single eh? Malas dah nak layan org yg tak faham2!

I Woke Up Gay

This is interesting. Chris Birch, once a rugby player and a bank clerk, woke up one day as a completely different person. A person who happened to be gay. The almost one hour documentary followed Birch in his search of finding the truth if he really "woke up gay". Birch, who is now hairdresser, believed a massive stroke after he snapped his neck solely responsible to who he is now. Though his fiancé, Jak, thought otherwise. It wasn't really a transformation just a merely realisation of something that had been doormant within him. Chris Birch has been gay all this time? We can't really side with who really. If we put aside the professional opinions featured in the documentary, it is still hard to decide if he really turned into someone else, since not many people from Birch's past came forward to testify total changes in him. But one thing is sure, he's HAPPY now.
